Thanks to the help of many amazing people, I managed to get all the orderable instruments! Offering cataloging of all them for just 30tbt.
The instruments are roughly split into two sections right in front of my airport.
Section 1 (37):
6 Synthesizers (black, red, blue, yellow, silver, brown)
7 Electric guitars (dark red, natural wood, cherry, sunburst, marine emerald, chic white, cosmo black)
8 Rock guitars (sunburst, coral pink, cosmo black, fire red, orange-yellow, natural wood, chic white, cool blue)
8 Electric basses (chic white, natural wood, sunburst, cosmo black, deep ocean, ash green, shocking pink, space silver)
8 Drum sets (golden yellow, cosmo black, pearl white, natural wood, marine blue, rose pink, evergreen, black & white)
Section 2 (25):
3 Cellos (white, natural, black)
3 Fancy violins (white, natural, black)
4 Grand pianos (white, black, walnut, cherry)
4 Upright pianos (white, black, walnut, cherry)
5 Harps (brown, light brown, dark brown, white, black)
4 Street organs (blue, dark brown, natural, yellow)
1 Alto saxophones
1 Marimbas

Rules:
- I will send the dodo code after payment has been received
- Please, please, please, empty your pockets before coming
- Check that you have dropped everything before moving on to the next section / leaving
- If there is someone else cataloging in one section, please wait for them to finish before starting on that section
- When you are done, leave by the airport
- If you've read all the rules, please include 'banana' in your post
- I count the items after every trade, so everything should be there, the responsibility is on yourself to pick up everything
- Try to tilt your camera down using the right joystick to get a better view, just in case some items are behind bushes
- Pick up everything at once, count the items when you've picked them all up to make sure you've got everything section 1 has 25 items and section 2 has 37 items
