CAT machine currently being serviced?

I can't find a single result online about this. I finished my first initiative and my only other one now is to use the CAT machine to get the coupons I earned... but when I go up to the CAT machine it says "Sorry, but currently the CAT machine is being serviced." Has anyone else had this happen to them? What do I need to do?
