Can't sit on the plaza tree?

Is there a reason for this? Maybe that my tree hasn't grown much?

Nope, right now it looks like any other tree in my town. So I think it's not old enough yet.

I think your town has to have gone through 100 days, be it time travel or real time, before you can sit down on it.

It says that you need 50/50 hours/days for you to be able to sit on it. It says so on the wikia page anyway.Which sounds around right, because time traveling doesn't necessarily let the tree grow. It needs to be in real time hours.
