In the Settings of the NookLink Phone App you can change players. I have 5 playable characters on my Island and each has a Nintendo Online subscription and has been setup with NookLink. When I go to the settings in my app to change my character (mostly for the keyboard for when I’m online visiting someone’s island) none of my other characters show up. Is there something I need to do for this to work or is it just bugged?

This is what I see when I go to settings>change player within the app. My other 4 characters are missing.

Make sure to go to the settings in the animal crossing game itself on the character youre using and "connect to nook link"

I don't think you can do it on the same account for different vilalgers

I have them on separate accounts but the same island and switch and all have online subscriptions. If I can’t do it on the same app then I don’t get why the app has a switch player option in the settings. Maybe they included it by mistake? I find it weird.

Has to be different accounts, aka different nintendo accounts

Yeah they each have their own account and an online subscription.

Yes you have to log out your account and sign in with the other account on the app, unless you have another phone with the app as well

Hmm that’s a bit annoying. Guess I’ll have to do that from now on.

I still don’t understand why they included a switch player option if it doesn’t even do anything. Oh well. Thanks for the help.
