Can't celebrate easter

How come my slingshot is not in the store yet. I got my game last friday and for 1 week and 2 days no slingshot is in my store yet so I can not do easter because I cant get the eggs in the balloon which is very dissipointing. I dont have wifi to go to another town to get a slingshot. How long will it take to get one?

You can always go to someone elses town and buy a slingshot from their store, if they have it there!
