Can’t catalog posters

I restarted a few days ago, and even though I’ve already done the main missions + almost have everything completed again, I cannot catalog posters for some reason. Is there any requirement for being able to catalog them? I’ve already visited Harv’s island and have my current 10 villagers posters, but no matter how many times I try cataloging others they won’t show up. Any ideas why?

Posters you don't obtain yourself don't show up in the usual tab. You have to search "poster" in the catalog and order them that way.
