Can't ask Isabelle for Island Evaluation?

I've got three villagers (+ the 2 from the start), and one moving in tomorrow, and a fair amount of fences and outdoor furniture, including two bridges. I've got Nook's Cranny and the residental service is now a real building.

Yesterday I got the campsite, and my first guest on the campsite was there this morning and he is now moving here tomorrow, and I still can't ask Isabelle for an island evaluation? How do I get the option? I've run out of ideas and almost my patience, lol.

Any ideas are appreciated!

You get it after that villager moves in from what I remember! Also I think you need the tailors as well.

I believe it should unlock tomorrow after the villager moves in.

You don't need the tailor to unlock the evaluation but Isabelle will ask you to do that. To get the tailors shop buy things from mable about 10,000 bells worth then the next time she visits she'll say about how there is high demand for things and she'll ask you to place a kit for the shop. I hope this helps!
