it's sugar, cornstarch, wax and some marshmallow so the reason it tastes bland is because it's a formulation from the 1880s without artificial flavors modern candy has

it's pretty awful but i can probably eat a few, no worse than like cotton candy or peeps, ugh grody.

I like candy corn, though most of the people I know don't particularly care for it. I've never found it to taste "gross", but eh, everyone's taste buds are different. I always make sure to get at least one bag of candy corn every October because it's just one of those things I associate with Halloween.

I used to like them when I was a kid, but now I can't stand having more than one. They taste like slightly sweetened wax and chalk. Which is basically what they are.

Ehh they're okay. I'm not a fan, but kids tend to like them a lot (probably because they're pure sugar). I prefer reese's, peanut m&ms, or paydays if I'm eating candy :3

We just bought a huge bag of em yesterday and man it's been a whole year since I last ate them and they're as good and sugary as I remember.
I will admit that eating a lot of them kinda makes you sick, though.
