Buying Candy and Lollipops!

I want to be really prepared for Halloween.
I didn't play for a while and therefore, no candy!
I would be happy to buy candy/lollipops, not only for Halloween but for Trick Or Treaters who visit my town!

I will pay 5-10K for Candy.
I will pay 5-15K for Lollipops.
