Pretty sure my island has a decreasing trend right now so I’m starting to look for somewhere to sell early. I’m willing to pay an entry fee in IGB, NMT, or DIYs (if I have them, feel free to check crafting and cooking). I’m mostly trying to get the stock market achievement so I’d like to break even and sell for at least 91 each.
