Can you Whistle?

I can whistle, but I have an easier time of it whistling in rather than whistling out. The sound kinda putters out quicker when I'm whistling out for some reason.

I can! Taught myself to whistle and hum at the same time, but I'm not all that great at it yet haha

i can't but i don't like the sound of whistling anyway
my mum whistles all the time and it's so annoying and i can't tell her to stop because she's my mum

I've never been able to whistle. It doesn't really bother me since it's not really something I cared about, nor something I've needed to be able to do in my life, lol.
