Can you kick villagers with hhd cards?

I want to know if you can kick villagers out with animal crossing series 1-4 amiibo cards in case you already have 10 villagers living in your town. I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

Yes you can! If you ask the villager to move in, they will ask if you want a certain villager to move out. If you don’t want them to move out you say no. You can say no until you go through all the villagers in your town. This will then put the villager you chose into boxes right away. Hope this helped! Do you have anymore questions?

Yes, when you move a villager in with one of the cards, they won't ping you to move out like normal unless the majority of your town is filled with card move-ins. I have two villagers that I moved in with the cards and neither one has ever pinged me to move. One of them has been in my town for well over a year now.

Okay i have an example. I moved Marina using her amiibo card in one of my towns. She hasn't pinged me for leaving yet! its has been about like 5 months

I have cece in once of my towns and she hasn't moved out since she has came
Also i kicked a villager for mitzi using her amiibo card. She hasnt pinged me for her to leave yet

In my time travelling town, it only happened just twice in 50 years of in-game time.

They should just make it easy to kick out villagers. The creators know we all have our dreamies and what not. That should just make it easy to kick them out and make us all happy. I hated how hard it was to kick them out. That's why I was hoping to get more cards to hopefully get all my dreamies. But that did not happen.
