Can you help me quickly with my Laptop?

Hiya,

Im currently getting a Pop up from Auto-Updates which says i must reset or somit.
How can i turn theese off because it causes problems with my Laptop

Make sure you're installing all the updates, I wouldn't really recommend turning off updates considering they usually include security updates and such :/
