Can You Get Your Best Friend Animal To Move?

I'm best friends with Tia, in my first town Palette, she would come over to my house whenever she wanted and she even gave me her picture, I'm kind of done with Palette so I decided all of the animals I wanted to keep I'd move them to my new town that I've been working on, I was really close friends with Lucky in my town him coming over and giving me his picture and he moved the second cycle I did, I'm concerned I will have to buy a new Tia because I know she's my #1 best friend and won't ever leave palette, I've been doing the back 5 days and a year, up a year, up five days villager reset for two days now, so my question is can she leave or is she stuck in Palette because she's my bestie! If anyone actually reads this and responds with helpful advice thanks so much!

i'm pretty sure any villager can move out, even the one you're best friends with. so, yes, she can leave

i think once you become best best friends like the friendship meter is high, they'll move out. but i think any villager can move out if you use the ignoring method.
