Can you get new diys on your island?

I am talking specifically about getting them from bottles or villager crafting. I got one from a balloon. So far I haven’t gotten any new ones from bottles or villagers so wondering if that’s even possible. Thanks

Some diys you can only get on kappn island.
And there's some you can get from villagers but from what I can tell most of the new stuff you can get from villagers are food related recipes.

Yep have gotten both recipes/new DIY both from HHP+Beach on island and several of both from villagers : ) Good luck o/

Hopefully I can get lucky and get as many of those new DIYs as fast as possible. I'm looking forward to crafting!

I've had one of the new DIYs turn up in a bottle on my island, so yes!
