Can you exchange Bells for physical prizes? If not, how do you get physical prizes?

Just curious. I heard a lot of people saying that you could get physical prizes on TBT.

Tickets from the fair could be used to get physical prizes from TBT. Ordinary bells can only buy virtual forum badges.

In the fair, you could enter raffles or straight out buy things with a special currency called tickets, but that's over now. Bells are used for virtual prizes only.
