Can you change the color of Gulliver items? Including the headwears?

You can't, no. But there are other colors of the Gulliver items. You just either have to trade for them or wait and hope that Gulliver gives you the colors you want.

Not for most items and pretty sure any clothing/accessories can't be, but some of the furniture items might be customizable. I got the Lucky Cat yesterday and found out it can be customized.
