Can we time travel to get seasonal items?

You can TT back to April or May (if you're choosing Northern Hemisphere) to get the spring bamboo DIYs and young spring bamboo.

Yes, but Idk if only during its real time availability. I do know that if you time travel to the same time next year it's not available, oddly.
