can villagers still suggest PWPs if they're gonna move out?

Katt, my only uchi villager, is going to move out on the 4th. i've wanted her to leave for so long but i just realised, she never suggested the log bench which is a PWP i really want :-/

Yes.
They will still act normally.
Ask for catchphrases, fruit, etc, so I'm pretty sure they can still ask for PWP's.

Yeah I once had Tammy moving out and she requested a Pwp before she left. It was her nice little way of saying goodbye

I also had it happen with Deirdre. She requested the picnic blanket one day before going into boxes.

Everyone else is right, but be careful. She can ping you to say she changed her mind about moving. It would be wise to save before you run past her if you can!

I always find it funny that right before they move they're still asking for specific things to built. Bill moved out of my town today, but the day before he was in boxes he was asking for a streetlight to be built.
