Can the villager in your campsite move to another island

I have colton in my campsite but im full. The person hes asking to replace is beau which is not gonna happen, but i dont want him to get voided if possible. Does anyone know if someone visits and talks to the campsite villager if theyll move to their island?

No they wont even prompt the conversation to move in.
