You can't put designs you scanned from QR codes a Able's sadly, but you can put your own. And I don't think that people from outside your town can either, but I am not sure.

I'd help, but I don't have anything interesting made by myself bar one sweater, but I think I'll keep it just for myself because it's rather boring looking.
