Can someone make a gif for me? Paying TBT!

I want to make a gif from a certain scene from the movie Up (here from 3:29-3:35) to put in my signature, but all of the free gif makers I've found make the gifs super tiny & quality super bad.

If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it! Just let me know how much TBT you'd like for it. ^^
