Cycling Can someone hold mira while I cycle?

So she moved in a bad spot that I need to put pwp's at and I forgot to plot reset her. I was hoping someone who has more then 10 wifi ratings just to be sure and someone who doesn't have her as a dream villager. This is my first time cycling fir someone and it might take awhile.
Once she moves I'll tell the person. Also, can someone give me a guide on how to cycle 16 villagers fast?
