Trading Can someone hold Apollo?

I want to move Apollo from my old town to my new town. I need someone reliable who can quickly take in Apollo and then move him back out, which means its best if you have a cycling town or a town where you don't care much for the villagers. I'll tip in either TBT or IGB, helper's preference c: I would really like to get him back as soon as possible, so fast cyclers welcome. Thanks so much to whoever helps!
