I was looking at the villager trading forums and noticed people saying they wanted to trade them or that they were voided etc. Whats this all about? Once a villager moves out, does this mean they'll never come back or something?
Can someone explain Villager Cycling to me?

voided means that the villager just moved away, but didn't go to an actual person's town. You can get a villager back after they move, but only if 16 other villagers move out after that one. You can get them back if they moved to friend's town, then you can ask them to move back to your town once they're ready to leave your friend's town.
