Currently, my town consists of Epona, Freya, Gladys, Goose, Inkwell, Limberg, Puck, Rolf, Tex, and Yuka.
I've noticed a few villagers that previously lived in my town within Main Street. Namely Canberra, Stitches, Grizzly, Hamlet, and Winnie. A few animals that have moved out haven't been seen yet (Cesar, Paula, Lily).
I know that once the 17th villager moves in, the first villager to move out can potentially move back in, right? Which would be Canberra for me. Lily just moved out yesterday, and Rolf was invited to move in via the campsite as my new tenth villager. Does that mean Canberra is out of the cycle, as well as Stitches (being the second villager who moved out for me)?
I'm just a little confused on this whole thing, haha, and an explanation would be helpful.
