Can someone come to my town?

I've been planting normal flowers diagonally to try to get hybrids to grow and there are no flowers growing? I've been watering them. Can someone come and look to tell me if I'm doing something wrong

I'm not an expert on hybrids but as long as you are planting the right colours and types and giving them enough space it should work? If you water them everyday there should be new hybrids every few days, having the beautiful town ordinance would probably also help.
