Can I visit a town in a different month?

I'm looking to do some fishing/diving/bug catching in other months to complete my encyclopedia. I keep my game at the current date, so any other time would be great!

I don't have much but I can give you some IGB or TBT (depending on what I have at the time) as a thanks for helping
