We arent sure if the event disappears for good via update when it's over so unless you dont update your game I'd assume you can go back to the 1st to get all the furniture if you miss out!

Yes, you can. In fact some people are recommending going to 2021 so you don't have to deal with the Bunny event distracting you with balloons.

I think it is only the Bunny Day event coded like that so far. I time traveled forward and got the Cherry Blossoms before the Bunny Day was active and certain people have jumped a year ahead to get the Cherry Blossoms without the Bunny Day event.

the cherry blossom event in only during the cherry blossom mini-season within the spring season. it's not a holiday like the bunny event, so it should reoccur every year without needing to update. we have cherry blossoms for 5 more days, so if u truly think that u cannot get the recipes then i guess do what @Bioness said and tt to 2021, but i think if u can keep the game on while doing other things and keep the volume up, u can farm balloons and ull eventually get them all.
