Recently one of my dreamies moved.. It was Francine and I was wondering if there was a way I could get her back? Could I be able to get her from someone else? Like from a trade? Or would I have to wait for the other 16 villagers to move out?

You can buy her from someone else or get her from a trade, but you have to cycle 16 through nevertheless!

I know ^^
Had to cycle for Ankha... it was kind of stressful because I had to let villager move I didn?t really want to move! :)
But I am sure you get Francine back! :)

Can you explain the villager cycle? I would really like to know the process, in a simple way. Everything I've looked up is so complex. :(

Really, it's not complex at all. It's just time consuming. All you have to do is get 16 different villagers to move which like I said could take awhile.

If you don't care about who moves out you can use the random move out method. It's where you go back 1 year 5 days, forward 1 year and then forward 5 days. That's pretty much only works out well for cycling threads though unless you have amazing luck, since you can't choose who moves out.
What most people do is go forward two days at a time until someone pings. It takes a long time but it's the safest method.
Good luck getting Francine back! I haven't lost a villager before, but I can imagine how upset I would be. ;3;

The game just simply remembers the last 16 villager and refuses to let them move in again.
I think it is because it wants you to get to know every villager...
The villager who moves out after Francine had moved out is villager number 1, so you have to move exactly 16 villager out!
I hope I understood your question correctly, if not please ask again :)

Thank you all so much, I actually really appreciate all the help! u~u <3

It sounds like a gamble.. But I should try my way to push through!

That makes more sense! Alright! Here we go!

My grammar is terrible late at night, so I'm sorry if my post was confusing. xc
Anyways, good luck again! All you can do is be patient.

I thought that was just the game's idea of trolling us. >.>;;

Anyways, good luck with it! I had to do the 16 villager cycle to get Purrl back. It was time consuming and frustrating at times, but if you really want a villager back, it's the only way (and it is doable, it just takes a lot of patience...and TTing).

Real quick:

You have to get 16 new villagers to move IN, not just out.

Good luck, I'm still cycling for Fauna u___u
