Can Dotty Ping to Move Out?

So I went to hold Dotty for Novi, and I wanna get her out now that Novi can take her.
Buuuttt she just moved in. I heard the most recent move in can't ping to leave, but I'd like some confirmation first.

Apparently they can but the chances are slim.

I don't think so. They've never pinged for me, I think it would be highly unlikely they would ping.

I would say yes. Only because i remember 2 situations back in the day i cycled... I got julian and he was the very next move out. And genji moved out right after he moved in. Having said that, i tt forward for decades and most of the time, the last move in was usually not the next one. So rare, but possible.

It is possible, I had it two times already that the recent villager who moved in was the first who wanted to leave. In one case just only a few days later after the move in. So it really can happen. Oh... and I didn't treat them any different than the others.
