Can campers camp again at the campsite?

I've been trying to get of a spotpass villager of mines(I hate frobert) and ran across some of my dreamies like rosie, but I couldn't get them to move in because frobert capped my town! I was infuriated, but I'm wondering if there is a chance I will ever find rosie at my campsite again?

There is a chance but chances are it probably wont be for awhile.

Yes, it is possible. I've actually had Tia multiple times. It's completely random, so sometimes you can get them twice in a row or not after a while.

In my main town I've had Wart Jr. camp 3x and Chrissy camp 2x. In my cycling town Wolfgang has camped at least 3 times. So yes it's very possible she could show up again

Yeah, I had Dotty as a camper in August and then again this month. And I don't even do any resetting.

I had Carmen twice in my old town.
One time was enough.

My sister had Whitney at her campsite two times in a row actually. It's just so random and hard to tell if it's coincidence or just luck.
