Just saying, it wouldn't let me finish at first, as I didn't fill out the 'If you answered yes to question x, then..." as I answered no to them. Next time, add a 'answered no' to those questions, just for future reference.

I love the nature of this survey too. I could go on for hours about this kind of stuff. Not that The Bell Tree is the most appropriate place for it, but thanks for giving me the opportunity to weigh in a little on things that are pretty important to me. Survey completed.

Some of them were a bit hard to answer. I do have a disability, but I'm not sure if I should have considered my boyfriend a 'care provider' for the survey. I still put that down as 'yes' because he does do a wonderful job of helping me with every day things, so I guess he is? He's like my live-in nurse, except he does it for free, lol.
