Can all of the new furniture from the RV villagers be bought from Harvey?

I'm not talking about the Zelda, Splatoon, Hello Kitty RVs. I'm talking about from the 50 added villagers that were added from the update.

Okay... maybe I'm talking about a few Hello Kitty villagers like Toby. He has a pond with a bridge above it. The back room of my mayor's house is backyard themed. Can that item be bought from Harvey?

Also saw from someone on this board, while visiting their dream address, a pond item that looks like hotspring PWP without the steam. I'm guessing that like the White Christmas Tree (another item I want) that item is Japan only. Apparently they were still getting gifts from Nintendo over there.

naw, most of the welcome amiibo furniture is only available through their RVs.
