Have you ever gotten anything good from the campsite? I only ever use it for exclusive items. Otherwise, I only got one villager from it.

I've had a lot of my favorite villagers move in via the campsite:
Kiki
Scoot
Fauna
Benjamin
Nate
Goose
Colton
Spork
Merry
Peanut

I used to do a lot of time traveling and that helped make my campsites a lot more active.

I invited both Annalisa and Sterling into my town from the campsite. Annalisa is a permanent resident of Sakura and I was so happy to get her. Sterling was a quick decision invite because I made a mistake with plot resetting a 9th villager and needed a 10th so I could cycle the 9th villager out easier, but I fell in love with him. I did eventually move him out as well because I like to get new villagers every so often, but he moved to my husband's town and now I'm moving him into my second town for a while.

I've actually seen a lot of popular villagers in my campsite. Marshal has visited at least 3 times now. But I either don't have room or am not interested in inviting a lot of them when they show up. It's still nice to interact with all of the different villagers, though.

Other than that, I have farmed the campsite for the exclusive items.

I don’t even enjoy playing the campsite games, sure you’ll get exclusive items, but I don’t like a single one of them :( same reason I put off Harvey’s shop, nothing I’d want.

I don’t often see villagers that I would want to move in either.... Each time I saw a villager I was interested in (Certain cats, and even Molly today !), it was always when I had received a void-move-in the previous day.

I got like...most of my villagers there. Um...yeah. Avery, Flora (moved), Gladys (moved), Leonardo (moved) and this sheep. I forgot but she moved. I rarely use it for exclusive items.

For Harvey's campsite, I'm poor af so no villagers there. Just go there to get some items.

Not really, I got some OK ones (Chrissy was the only one I remember really) but I either don't have any room or they just don't appeal to me, but I'm still waiting to get a really nice one, hopefully when I have room for them (*^▽^*)

I had Hopper in my campsite who I convinced to move in. He’s since moved out but I do miss him a bit.

I don't think I used a single one. If I did, maybe one of two. Never had anyone come through that I wanted really. Plus, I never had the room when they came. I think now they give you an option to kick someone out of ton, but it never used to.

I actually got a bunch of villagers I like via the campsite over the years, like Chief, Pietro, Monique, Hazel
and so on. Although between the time where I got some favorites there was also a long period where I
only either got dull villagers or nobody at all.

Yeah I got Molly to move in today. In the past I have also recruited Fang, who is still a resident to this day. :)

If I find a villager that I like, then I move them in, but most of the time I just play games with the villagers who are in my campsite. I did have a couple dreamies in my campsite before and I believe I moved in Julian once before from there. :)

Invited Ankha and Kody from the campground. Ankha refused to move in when the girl mayor asked. Boy player asked once and she said yes.

I've played the 5 item furniture game to get items for my catalog.

After the amiibo update I stopped placing campsites.

My lovely Tangy moved in from the campsite, and it's how I came across Gala for the first time! I love the campsite because even if I don't have whoever's camping move in, I love getting to see new villagers or speak to them or potentially find new favourites!

I've had a few different villagers visit my town via the campsite- such as Coco, Curt, Groucho, Cheri & O'Hare. With patience, the campsite can be a great opportunity to get great villagers.

On that note, though- if a villager denies the invitation to move in, just keep pestering them. It's never failed for me.
