If I lost the game that decided if the camper would move in twice, can they still move in? They keep saying whenever I suggest to move in that they don't want to move/

Sometimes you have to ask them to move in lots and lots of times. If you have an opening they will eventually agree. Took me forever to get Julian to move in.

Nope! You don't have to reset at all. It's not an all-or-nothing deal. Just keep pesteringtalking to them, and eventually they'll talking about wanting to move in again.

Yeah, you just gotta keep trying and hope that your luck will let your desired villager move in. They'll never stop pondering the move-in.
