Campsite resetting question

This is the second time I've come across Fang. Should I move him in and do the painful thing of cycling him out to use for trade fodder? He would be my tenth and I need only one more dreamie. Should I keep resetting?

I'd keep resetting. While tenths can move out without another having to...they can be a huge pain more often then not.
