Campsite Question

Weird question and not sure if anyone is sure about it.
If someone talks to a villager that is in a campsite (naturally came in), will they be able to invite them to their own island? I have a camper and wanted to know if I could sell it to someone or if that's not possible!

Unfortunately no that isn't possible, similar to NL another person from another town can't invite a villager from your campsite to move in
