Camp Site confusion

I convinced a Camper to move in last night. Now it's a new day (Past 6am), That same camper is still in the tent. Shouldn't she have left my town already?

Small note, I had someone move out yesterday (was all packed up, House is gone today).

Did I run into some kind glitch or is this suppose to happen?

I think they finish off camping before they move in. Then they have the ropes up for a day or so until they're moved in.

Not what I was asking. It's been two days and they haven't left yet my town yet. Usually they camp for one day and leave.

Not sure if my one villager leaving affects the camper leave as well.

I've seen people mention campers staying two days in a row, so if it is a glitch, you're not alone. I can imagine that having one packed up could cause this, but I don't know.

Well you didn't state the length they had already been in your town.

Ok thanks, I just did TT(without saving). The tent is gone, I should be good. It just was a little odd the tent was still up.
