I have three regular cakes to give away. If you want to win them, you have three different challenges.

Challenge 1:

You have to guess what my favorite emoji is. The first person to get the correct guess wins a cake collectible from this challenge. Hint: it comes from one of these three categories:

- Objects
- Food & Drink
- Animals & Nature

Challenge 2:

Tell me what your favorite Pok?mon is of each category. The categories are:

- Starter Pok?mon (from any generation)
- Common Bird Pok?mon
- Common Bug Pok?mon
- Common Rodent Pok?mon
- Kawaii Grass Pok?mon (basically Pok?mon like Oddish, Hoppip, or Cherubi)
- Electric Rodent Pok?mon
- Eevolution
- Fossil Pok?mon
- Regional Variant
- Pseudo-legendary Pok?mon
- Legendary Pok?mon
- Mythical Pok?mon
- Any Pok?mon that doesn?t fall under the categories from above

If you fill out the entire form, you will be entered into the randomized giveaway. This giveaway ends on December 24th at 12:00 PM CST (6:00 PM GMT).

Challenge 3:

Write a Christmas-themed poem or New Year?s themed poem and put it in a spoiler in this thread (with the poem name in the spoiler title). Entries are closed at the same time Challenge 2?s entries are closed. Whoever writes the best poem wins a cake collectible.

1. You must write down ?Challenge #1?, ?Challenge #2?, or ?Challenge #3? to indicate which challenge the post is part of. Be sure to label it before your entry.
2. You can participate in all three challenges, but you cannot put all of them in one post.
3. Don?t plagiarize poems. Be honest with what your favorite Pok?mon are. You can have multiple guesses in the first one.

Challenge #3

Spoiler: Holiday Spirit

This wintery morning, I wake up to see
A shining snowman, looking straight at me!
I grab my boots, my hat, and my coat
And jump outside, in the sparkling snow

This snowman I see, I think it?s guaranteed,
That he?s not like any others I?ve seen, he?s a special one, indeed
He lifts up his hat, with his stick hands
And says ?How do you do?? Well, this isn?t what I planned

But I jumped up to greet him, and asked, ?What is your name??
He started to smile, ?You?ll know one day.?
I grabbed his arm, and showed him to the town
What I didn?t notice, is that all through the way, he wore a big frown

I brought him everywhere I went, he was my best friend
The December month was moving along, and everyday, he was more and more sad
As the days went by, January came, then February, then March, then it all went away
Spring was almost here, and that meant that my precious snowman couldn?t stay

As he started to melt, he told me one last thing
?Alas! I wasn?t able to tell you my name!?
I waited in anticipation, to hear what he had to say
But the words didn?t come out of his mouth, it was already too late

The last bit of snow had melted away
And even then, I didn?t get to hear his name
But a voice oh so familiar, that I heard so long ago
Had rung in my ears, almost like an echo

He said ?I told you I?d always watch over you.?
And it was at that point I?d already knew
The voice of my father, his spirit alive
Through the snowman who was here, comforting me since the moment he arrived
