I know that many people prefer trades to take place in the customer's town, but I see no harm in asking whether you would be interested in taking Katie off my hands? If not, I understand. I'm ready whenever you are now though. (:

Omg. Um. If I need to make a more competitive offer, I'll up to 350k? I don't know how much of Xylia's offer refers to the piano, I don't mean to low-ball you, but I didn't think it was that rare - I just want to shove it in Cherry's home. If you need to go with the better offer I understand.

OMG. I'm so sorry. I didnt realize you wanted the upright piano first. You get it fair and square. I just want the apples and sailboat model now ^_^
