I go there almost every day when I play the game, unless I forget or don't feel like it.
The main reason is that I enjoy working for Brewster. 1,000 or 2,000 bells isn't a fortune but it's still easy bells, plus you get items every once in a while. I really like getting to know which kinds of coffee my villagers prefer and it's neat when random other villagers show up, because there are some I wouldn't have met in-game otherwise.
I really love the dialogues villagers have in there, too. There's a lot of funny or cute things they say in there. The one I like best is probably when Uchis tell you something about Brewster and start asking him stuff.
When I'm bored, I just make my character have coffee because I'm doing the same thing in real life or because it's early in-game.

I think in the next game it would be cool if Brewster will have a son or daughter working with him selling various treats like cake and muffins.
This would be so cute, especially if you could hold them like you can hold the cup of coffee to go. Maybe some food items could be seasonal or different on each day of the week, and you could unlock others by buying things there or working for Brewster.

I wish villagers could arrange for meet ups at the cafe - would be a nice change instead of just going to each other's home!
"What time works for you? Ok, see you at 5pm at the cafe!"
I'd love this. I'd also love a similar thing for the villagers that stay up late (like Uchis), where you could arrange to meet up with them at Club LOL for a DJ set or to see K.K. Live.
