Buying turnips from Joan [note: not looking to sell]

I am looking for a town I can buy turnips at. I forgot the time and missed out with just a few minutes, and now Joan is already out of town. I will be buying for around 200-300k, it shouldn't take too long.

Alright, considering many of you are from the US and still asleep, please post in this whenever you have Joan in your town - I wouldn't mind visiting in the afternoon, if that's morning for you! I realise not many people are online at the moment so I will just have to wait until morning arrives in the US.

Thanks! I'm from the Netherlands too, she sold for 93 bells at my town. I would be happy with almost any price though, preferably under 100 of course.
