Tickets can not be gifted but collectables can? Or is that only the pinwheel item? And if someone is saving up for lets say the AC guide then it is wise to "hoard" them (not selling my feathers btw)

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. Im hoarding my tickets so I can buy a Prima guide. In other words I will not be buying ANYTHING but the Prima guide. So I wont even spend that 2 tickets, So I would buy one from someone.

Nope, the prices who are one the same page with the collectibles aren't raffles

There is a TBT fair section and a TBT raffle section, the TBT fair section are guaranteed prices (if they are in stock and you have enough tickets)
