go to the guy in kiolude or w/e and go in the pokecenter and talk to the old guy (outstanding = perfect i think)
or use an IV calculator if you google it

Okay according to that, it's not perfect. I have a perfect IVed Jolly shiny Charmander, and a perfect IVed timid shiny Charizard, but not a perfect IVed adamant shiny Char-anything xD.
