it's been debated if Spiritomb is a legendary or not. I tried cross-checking requirements with other legendaries, and it seems as if there is a double standard. Heatran is considered a legendary, but it can also be gendered. Depends on who you ask.

yes, because I've bought many other legendaries already. Hence, the reason I put up a list of legendaries that I would be willing to trade, instead of buying with TBT
