Just noticed recently I do not have it and I try to have one of everything somewhere in the game. Don't have it so I need it. I have all hybrid seed packs, so ill share how to get them :3
On weeding day have 0 weeds in town, talk to lief hell give you a seed pack (must have 3 topiaries first) my town is "perfect" and i dont know if thats required, but thats how i got my seeds.
