Hello! I'm looking for a Latias preferably of level below 30, but im not picky.

I can offer 200tbt? I'm not sure how much they go for, so let me know your price if that's too low.

I've never exchanged/bought pokemons before, so I'll be very grateful if someone could explain the process to me ;~; From what I've read, we go to the festival plaza, find each other then exchange?

The latias is relaxed nature level 80, doesn't have any perfect IV's sadly but I could send you a gold bottle cap if you wanted to train it once it reaches level 100?
