Buying Flower Hybrids

So I've got a thing going where I border the outsides of villager houses with flowers in matching colors.

I need:

10 Blue Roses
0 Orange Roses
10 Orange Tulips

I'm thinking 3tbt per rose, and 100tbt for the whole shabang. I can also pay with IGB to the tune of 5mil.
