It's my twin brother's birthday on Sept. 4 (Mine too, hehe)

I really really want to give him a cool art piece of himself and his favorite pokemon (And Maybe me there too?)

I don't have a lot. I'll pay from $3-$8! Even $10 if necessary! If you prefer TBT or bells, just let me know! C:

Here's the catch though, I'd need it by Sept. 2nd or the morning of Sept. 3rd! (Two days, eeep! I know!)
I want to have it by then to give it time to send to Walgreens to print!
